Rachel Huang is Head of Growth at Zapier, where she is responsible for the acquisition and activation systems that bring new users into the Zapier ecosystem. She is also, by her own description, one of Zapier's most active internal users — running over 40 active Zaps across her own workflow at any given time, many of them built around Zapier's AI capabilities.

Her team at Zapier uses Zapier to run Zapier's growth operations — a recursive setup that has become a genuine case study in what AI-powered automation looks like when applied to a growth function. She tracks every automation by time saved, failure rate, and what breaks when the AI gets it wrong, giving her a precise and honest view of where AI automation works and where it doesn't.

At BuildWithAI Summit, Rachel runs two sessions on Day 2 — a hands-on workshop where attendees build a working AI workflow from scratch in 60 minutes, and an afternoon talk where she opens up Zapier's internal automation stack and walks through the real numbers.
